PRODUCT DETAILS
Tire liners, essential components of tires, are mainly composed of rubber and reinforcing materials. Rubber is the core material. It typically consists of a combination of natural rubber and synthetic rubber. And we use the first one. Natural rubber, derived from rubber trees, offers outstanding elasticity and resilience. This property allows the tire liner to adapt well to the dynamic shape changes of the tire during operation and effectively absorb shocks and vibrations generated on the road.

Except protecting against chafing, flap also plays other roles. It helps in maintaining the air pressure inside the inner tube. By providing a more stable and sealed environment, the liner reduces the rate of air leakage. Meanwhile, the liner, especially those made with elastic materials like natural rubber, can absorb shocks and vibrations. Last but not least, the combination of rubber and reinforcing materials in the liner gives it a certain level of resistance to punctures.
