Hangzhou Fuyang Fuchun Tyre Co., Ltd. Inner Tube Three Guarantees Claims Standard
Claim settlement period: within 12 months of the production date of inner tubes.

Bad quality tires caused by the following phenomena due to manufacturing reasons: rubber pad delamination, rubber pad wrinkles, chronic air leakage, tire body thickness, tire body debris, tire body pleating, lack of sulfur, internal and external cracks in the joints, thin joints , tire blowout.

Due to improper storage, such as mixing or mixing with oil, flammable products, chemical corrosives, long-term stacking in the open air, exposure to direct sunlight,inner tubes that are damaged due to aging due to rain or other factors will not be eligible for compensation.

Inner tubes that have been repaired by the user will not be subject to compensation.
Inner tubes that are damaged due to improper use, such as collision, puncture, scratches, etc. will not be compensated.
Inner tubes that have already been claimed will not be subject to claim.

Inner tubes damaged due to improper selection or assembly by the user, such as the valve being broken by external force, etc, will not be subject to compensation.

No claims will be made for other inner tube that are identified as not having manufacturing quality issues.

Inner tubes that are more than two years from the date of production (based on the production date, which is shown on the tread) or purchased more than one year (based on the user's regular tire purchase invoice) will not be subject to compensation.

Inner tubes with forged quality defects and product identification (such as trademarks and production numbers) will not be subject to compensation. Our factory will detain them in accordance with the law and pursue legal responsibility if necessary.

This standard applies to the inner tubes produced and sold by our factory in the country.
In order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of factories, dealers and users, coordinate and handle the relationship between the three parties in tire claim settlement activities, standardize tire three-guarantee claim settlement standards, and further improve tire claim settlement work, this standard is specially formulated.
